How We're Run

Time to Change is run by a partnership of three major mental health charities:  Mental Health Media, Mind and Rethink, and evaluated by the Institute of Psychiatry at King’s College, London.

We have 28 local community projects around England, run by local Mind associations and Rethink groups.

Time to Change also works nationally, with campaigns and projects run by all three partners.

  • Mind runs Get Moving, our mass participation physical activity events and Time to Challenge, the legal element of Time to Change, which challenges discrimination through the courts.

Lived Experience Advisory Panel

The Lived Experience Advisory Panel (LEAP) is made up of twelve people affected by mental health problems who advise on all aspects of the portfolio.
