Three students in every class in your school will have a mental health problem. You might be surprised how common these kinds of experiences are, yet 3 in 4 young people with mental health problems still fear the reactions of their friends.

We know that talking about mental health can be hard. That’s why Time to Change is offering you free campaign resources to help your school address the topic.

We are asking every secondary school in England to take students through the Make Time programme in November. No payment or fundraising is involved, and we’ll supply the resources for free.  The programme is made up of 4 simple, scripted 10 minute sessions to deliver in assembly or form time.

Sign up by filling in the form below and we will get back to you with resources and session plans. If there’s someone else in your school, or in another school, who should know about Make Time, feel free to share the form with them.

Thank you.
