Working in Partnership
How Time to Change can help you
Since our launch in January 2009, Time to Change has already reached 34 million people through our campaign, but we can't end mental health discrimination alone. We need your organisation to join the movement to shift attitudes to mental health into the 21st century, and get England to pledge to end mental health prejudice.
Getting involved with Time to Change activities will help your organisation to:
• engage with people in your community, opening a debate about mental health issues, helping you to reach your targets
• empower people with experience of mental health problems to tackle stigma and share their experiences
• increase your community's understanding of mental health problems and what people can do to help
• engage with a range of stakeholders in your area and strengthen partnerships - campaigns work really well when local statutory and voluntary sector organisations work together
• inform and involve staff, members and customers
• benefit from association with a high-profile programme of national anti-discrimination activity with well-researched and tested campaign materials, helping to increase the impact of your activity in your community and raise the profile of your organisation.

Join forces: Working with other organisations in your area can help you pull resources together, bring along a wider audience and make your event more inclusive.
