Running a Time to Change event is an ideal way to engage your local community in fighting stigma and discrimination.

Three event ideas:

  1. Get Moving
    When people get together around activities like football, walking or
    dancing, it is an opportunity to get to know one on an equal level and helps to break down stigma. It also establishes the link between physical
    activity and mental wellbeing.
  2. Get talking
  3. Bring people together with and without experience of mental health problems in a central, public location to start conversations about mental illness.
