Pledge Postcard

The Pledge postcard can be handed out to people in your local community, at work or to friends and family to encourage them to support Time to Change by pledging to Talk about mental health. The reverse of the postcard has space for people to write in their contact details along with their personal pledge and it can then be posted back to us at our Freepost address.
