Get involved

Join the campaign to end the stigma and discrimination people with mental health problems face.

There are loads of ways to get involved and help get people talking about mental health. You can add your name to our pledge wall to tell us how you will help tackle stigma, get your workplace involved, find out about our events or run your own, join our Champions network and use your personal experience to raise awareness or send an ecard to friends, family or colleagues to let them know you're there for them.
