Our free materials will help you get your friends, family, work colleagues and community talking about mental health.

Here are a few ideas:

• Send postcards to your friends

• Put up posters in your workplace, local shops, GP surgery, church or gym

• Have a few leaflets ready to help you when it’s time to talk

• Order a personal action pack for a mix of materials - ideal for anyone who wants to get their friends, family and local community talking

• Order a free event box containing leaflets, postcards, badges, pens and t-shirts. Ideal for those organising a larger event within their community or workplace
