Run or join an event in your area

We want you to help us bring people with and without mental health problems together – this is one of the best ways to tackle negative attitudes toward mental illness.
Here are some ways you could get involved:
- Check out our events calendar to find out what’s going on near you. Contact the organiser to see how you can take part.
- Get together with others in your area to organise your own event – make sure you register it on our website to receive your free event box and promotion on the site.
- If you sign up to be a champion we’ll let you know about events that we or our partners are organising whenever there are opportunities to get involved.
