Champions use their own experience to change public attitudes about mental health, rather than campaign about specific organisations or services and we'd love you to be involved if you would  like to do this. A Champions social contact activity might not be right for you at the moment, as we change the way people think and act about mental health by sharing our story. There are other things you can do though to support the movement.
