Time To Change | let's end mental health discrimination

We’re asking the nation to take 5 minutes on the 5th February to have a conversation about mental health, and we need your help to keep the conversation going for at least 24 hours!

Happy New Year! With Time to Talk Day less than a month away, now is the time to start thinking about what you could do on Thursday 5 February to start a conversation about mental health - if you haven't already.

Order your Time to Talk Day pack now

Whether you can have a conversation at home, at work or in your local community, our Time to Talk Day packs – including a special new conversation starter - will help you break the ice. Order yours now – the final date for orders is Friday 30 January.

"For the rest of today I have a smile"

Last Time to Talk Day, one supporter told us what they got up to :

"I met up with a friend today for a coffee. It took me a long time to tell my friend about my depression, I kind of felt not just embarrassed but ashamed. After a good chat she has made me feel a little better about myself, so for the rest of today I have a smile :)"

Help spread the word

Tell your friends, family and colleagues, tweet about Time to Talk Day using #TimetoTalk, or put a message on Facebook. We’ll be running lots of conversation online too so watch out on 5 February.
