Laughter Yoga is a fun way to raise mood in minutes. It is an encouraging way to face challenges, as it teaches people to keep a positive mental attitude even when times are hard.
Its' benefits includes more oxygen to the brain and body, which supports us to engage in activities for longer than usual without getting tired.. This event will be experiential. It will involve playfulness and of course laughter. There will be soft movements throughout and light music. It is a beautiful, uplifting way to start off the month!
