Event description

This is an online event for 1.5 hours.

We will start the event with a mindfulness session from Roya Hekmatpanah followed by Jon Salmon sharing his personal mental health journey with an opportunity to ask him questions in the end.

Ritika Arora will take us through some guided breathing exercises explaining the link between yoga and mental wellbeing.

We also have Pooja Gupta explaining the relevance of therapy and answering any questions you have.

The event will end with a fun bollywood dancing session with Epika Dance.
