We are User Conversion, a Conversion Rate Optimisation Agency based in Manchester. Established in 2014, we’re now a team of 26 specialists, and growing. Our business is built on the belief that the best results come from collaboration - between our individual in house skill sets, as well as working closely and collaboratively with our clients, to tackle real business challenges and add real value to the businesses we partner with.

We truly believe a happy healthy team is the foundation of a successful business. We can only achieve our true potential as a business if our people are all able to achieve their true potential as individuals. It’s for that reason that as a business we believe it is our responsibility to do what we can to support the mental health of our team, and provide an environment and a culture where it is safe to speak up and ask for help when you need it.

Our founder himself is open in speaking about his mental health challenges to everybody in the business, and we have numerous other people in the business who are open about their own illnesses and how it affects them both in and outside of work. As we’ve grown we’ve made real efforts to nurture and preserve this culture of openness and transparency, with our business objectives throughout this growth period always being based on ‘people over process’. We believe that taking our responsibilities seriously, in promoting positive mental health, and providing protection and support where needed to encourage positive mental health, is the way to ensure our business continues to grow and be successful. We believe in and trust our people - their abilities and their motivations - and so to us success comes through providing an environment and a culture of empowerment, support, and shared goals and visions, not through imposing processes or restrictions and limiting our team.

Taking the Time to Change pledge is another step for us in ensuring that not only the people who work for us and with us, but also anybody who might consider doing so, is aware of our commitment to being a mentally healthy workplace, that for us mental wellbeing is at the forefront of our strategic goals and decision making, and that mental health is something safe to bring to the table at User Conversion.
