Applications are open to become a Time to Change Hub. Health and Wellbeing Boards and Local Authorities across the country are being encouraged to come together with local partners and apply.

As a hub, local partners will work together to deliver their own campaign that supports communities, workplaces and schools to take action to change the way we think and act about mental health problems. We can connect you to organisations and schools in your area who are already part of our movement and we will support you to work with local partners and campaigners to run events and produce marketing campaigns. For many partners, improving the health and wellbeing of their local communities will be a strategic priority and supporting people to open up to mental health problems, whether this by talking or listening, is the first step.

This will be the second group of Time to Change Hubs: earlier this year, we set up four hubs in Suffolk, Leeds, Cumbria and West Sussex.

We would like to develop these local movements for change in four locations this year: in the West Midlands, East Midlands, South West & London regions

If you work for a Local Authority or are a member of a Health & Wellbeing Board in one of these regions, your organisation is able to apply on behalf of your local area. Here’s some more information about who can apply and what being a Time to Change Hub involves:

Applications for the second tranche of Hubs will close on Friday 3 November at 5pm.

The Champions Fund will launch on 10th October 2017. Find out more about how to apply.
