Working with employers
Employers can play their part in the movement by taking the Time to Change Employer pledge, a commitment to change the way mental health is treated in their workplace. Once an employer signs the pledge, they can:
- Join the Accelerator programme, which includes master classes from top employers, briefing on campaigns, bespoke support and more
- Recruit champions to run anti-stigma activity in your workplace

Share resources with schools and youth professionals, including short activities, assemblies, videos, blogs, and toolkits and guides for running campaigns and working with young leaders groups.
