We specialise in control rooms, operations centres and emergency dispatch.
Our job is to make tech that simply does its job so well that you can focus on what matters: responding to emergency and critical incidents.
We work closely with the emergency services around the world, as well as transport, aviation and other critical services. They trust us and our technologies to help them manage their communications, covering telephony and radio, webchat, social media and more.

Employee wellbeing is a huge part of that, and a responsibility that we take to heart. So when we found out about the Time to Change Pledge, signing up was an easy decision to make.
We want to reduce stigma of mental health by encouraging open conversations and ensuring employees feel ok to say when they are not ok.
By putting an action plan in place and creating opportunities to be open and understanding mental health and wellbeing more, we can create a more inclusive, supportive and engaging place to work.
