About this pledge
We pledge to help break down the stigma around mental health by keeping the conversation going and guiding behaviours across all levels of our business as part of caring for the people who work for us. We commit to investing in providing easy access to up to date information and support to all staff who may be experiencing or helping others with a mental health issue. We aim to help our line managers feel able to discuss mental health with their teams and one to one and to keep it high on the agenda of our senior leadership. We seek to build on the compassion and kindness of our people, encouraging everyone to look out for each other and to take the time to talk about mental health.
