About this pledge

We take staff wellbeing and mental health seriously and have a dedicated wellbeing group with mental health first aiders. We meet up regularly for open discussions about health and wellbeing, as well as providing support for all staff.

We believe that our staff do their best work when they feel supported, and when they are able to be honest. We are committed to equality, diversity and inclusion in everything we do. We've created a welcoming and supportive community, and aim to ensure our work reflects this.

We area Disability Confident Committed employer, committed to recruiting and retaining disabled employees. And we are a Stonewall Diversity Champion, working to ensure all LGBT+ staff are accepted in our workplace.

We’ve got ambitious plans for blood cancer research, campaigning, support and fundraising. And we’re driven by a desire to create an environment that enables our staff to achieve the best for the blood cancer community.
