About this pledge
Part of the wider NatWest group, the Business Banking Switch Operations centre has been developed as a centre of excellence to help support our business and commercials customers with their account switching requests.
The centre offers telephony support, along with web chat and covers the end to end processing needs to help customers transfer accounts between Banks.
The centre is made up of 9 different departments, with a mix of experience across our teams, with service length ranging from 1 year to 38 years. The centre purpose is ‘Being Brilliant Serving Our Customers’.
We pledge to be supportive to colleagues across our business, not judging anyone and always being there to listen, helping the business recognise and support Mental Health in the workplace.
