About this pledge

We pledge to develop a culture within the organisation which is accepting, supportive, and positive about mental health.  Every employee should feel there is concern for their mental health as part of their normal working day and they can flourish, free from stigma, judgement and fear.  Our pledge and action plan will ensure our employees can understand, educate, listen, question, challenge and talk about mental health freely and confidently.   Our Chief Executive and Chair will sign our Employer Pledge at our all staff away day in February, providing formal commitment to this.
