About this pledge
Our commitment to workplace mental health is to ensure we humanise our approach to supporting our colleague's mental wellbeing and linking our focus on physical health so that the two are interlinked. We will ensure we make every contact with colleagues count and be aware of how everyday life events can impact how we feel emotionally and physically. We will encourage our colleagues to feel open to talk about their mental wellbeing and equip us all with tools to help ourselves and each other. Over the next 12 months we will increase our focus on mental wellbeing to ensure we meet the standards set out in the Stevenson Farmer report of 2017. In achieving our goals, we have set out in the action plan we will ensure our colleagues feel that Connect Health provides both a physically and emotionally healthy place to work.
