The Wellbeing forum have worked together and involved a range of employees across our company to create our Time to Change action plan.
Wellbeing has become a main focus within the company in the last 12 months and continues to be a living and breathing part of Helm Godfrey’s ethics.
Feedback has confirmed that Wellbeing has become part of the normal conversation. It has been noted that previously some people didn’t even think about Wellbeing within themselves and even less in others. It could have been assumed that if you are happy on the outside then that must be the case on the inside as people can hide true emotions.
However, through education of employees, changing the way we approach the subject, breaking down the taboo of the topic and by offering a range of wellbeing activities throughout the year, this is changing at a healthy pace which creates a more comfortable working environment for all.
Helm Godfrey commit to this change being ever moving forward, to continue to keep our education up to date and the conversation alive.
