About this pledge

Involve is committed to ensuring the wellbeing of its employees and removing the stigma and discrimination around mental ill-health.  The Pledge is our public commitment to our employees and to our stakeholders that we are serious about raising mental wellbeing in the workplace. We aim to create an environment of openness, where employees can better understand Mental Health and know how and where to get more information and support if needed. 

To achieve this, we are:

  • Training employees as Mental Health First Aiders
  • Creating a Time to Change Action group to drive forward positive changes agreed in our action plan
  • All managers will undertake mental health in the workplace training
  • Running an internal communications campaign using Time to Change promotional material
