About this pledge

Skanska will be working on 4 key areas of focus over the next 12 months: (i) demonstrate our leadership commitment through internal and external events, (ii) build our line managers capability to better support and manage employees with common mental health issues in the workplace, (iii) improve mental health literacy to mitigate discrimination and stigma in and out of the organisation and (iv) develop accessible and available resources for all audiences within Skanska.
