Bring Time to Change to your workplace

Hundreds of organisations have already got involved in Time to Change. Bringing the campaign to your workplace is easy when you know how.

Time to Talk Day is taking place on Thursday 2 February 2017. This year’s theme is focusing on how positive conversations about mental health change lives and urging people to start up a conversation, whatever the hour, on Time to Talk Day itself.

You can support Time to Talk Day in your workplace by using our materials, spreading the word, or hosting an event.

If you have not signed the Time to Change Employer Pledge, this would be a great day to make that commitment to change the way people think and act about mental health in your workplace.
