Experts from Time to Change are available for media interviews about our work and related issues to do with changing how we all think and act about mental health:

  • Sue Baker, Global Director of Time to Change – Sue has more than 20 years’ experience of setting up and running ground-breaking mental health anti-stigma campaigns here in the UK and in New Zealand. She now leads Time to Change's international work to share our learning, materials and methodologies with other countries.
  • Jo Loughran, Director of Time to Change – Jo has over a decade of involvement in the UK charity sector, specialising in behaviour change campaigns, mental health anti-stigma programmes, and lived experience leadership, particularly in relation to young people. She leads all of Time to Change's work in England.

We can also put journalists and programme-makers in touch with a range of case studies and media volunteers who can share their own experiences of living with a mental health problem.

We provide advice on the best way to work with case studies as interviewing a person with a past or current mental illness can sometimes require particular sensitivity and discretion.
