Experts from Time to Change are available for media interviews about our work and related issues to do with changing how we all think and act about mental health:

  • Sue Baker, Global Director of Time to Change – Sue has more than 20 years’ experience at the forefront of challenging mental health stigma by setting up ground-breaking campaigns here in the UK and in New Zealand. During her career she has worked in charities, councils and in PR and advertising agencies. She now leads Time to Change's international work to share our learning, materials and methodologies with other other countries to encourage the adoption of mental health anti-stigma and discrimination campaigns.
  • Jo Loughran, Director of Time to Change – Jo has over a decade of involvement in the UK charity sector, specialising in behaviour change campaigns, mental health anti-stigma programmes, and lived experience leadership, particularly in relation to young people. She leads all of Time to Change's work in England.

We can also put journalists and programme-makers in touch with a range of case studies and media volunteers who can share their own experiences of living with a mental health problem.

We provide advice on the best way to work with case studies as interviewing a person with a past or current mental illness can sometimes require particular sensitivity and discretion.
