Our Time to Change Employer Masterclasses present an opportunity for Pledge Leads to come together and learn from one another’s workplace interventions on a given theme, aligned with the Thriving at Work Standards. 

Our keynote speakers share the practices, interventions, policies and initiatives that have proven successful in their organisations to inspire and provide direction to new pledges.

Past Masterclasses have included speakers from: Thames Water, Enterprise Holdings, Pets at Home, Co-Op Lea Green, Pladis, Split the Bills, Siemens, DMH Stallard, Southeastern, L&Q, Dell Technologies and Skanska. ​
