From the 22nd to 28th September we celebrated the fantastic work of the 65 community organisations who received a Time to Change grant with a week-long digital takeover. Each of the organisations across England has been working hard to run unique projects that get conversations started about mental health. All the projects are led and delivered by people with lived experience of mental health problems.

Through the week we showcased the amazing work the volunteers have carried out in their communities. We retweeted tweets from organisations and volunteers who are leading the projects.

We know that when we talk to the public about our experiences of mental health problems, these conversations have the power to change attitudes. Don’t forget to check out Facebook to see examples of the creative ways volunteers have used to engage members of the public and start conversations about mental health.
