We've been asking people to wear our #TimetoTalk tattoos to help spread start conversations about mental health.
You may have seen celebrities like Frankie from The Saturdays, This Morning's Matt Johnson, comedian Russell Kane, Ruby Wax and boxer Ricky Hatton sporting their tattoos and tweeting about their support for the #TimetoTalk campaign this week on twitter. Well now you can order your own to wear, and to share the message that it's #TimetoTalk about mental health.
[UPDATE: Our #TimetoTalk temporary tattoos have now 'sold out'.]
The tattoos are fake, but the message is real: Starting a conversation about mental health is important. It helps people to recover. It can strengthen a relationship between friends, family and colleagues. And it starts to take the taboo out of something that affects us all.
Keep an eye on our Twitter feed @TimetoChange and our Facebook page to see photos of our supporters wearing their tattoos - and send us in yours so we can add you up there!
And listen out on your radio for interviews with Frankie Sandford, Matt Johnson and our director Sue Baker. We'll try and keep you updated with when and where! If you hear them, tweet or message us on Facebook to let us know.
During August, we're asking our supporters to start their conversations by sharing our content on social media, customising online profiles, downloading our talking tips card, signing the Time to Change pledge wall, wearing our temporary tattoo and more.
