Are you part of a school or community where young people find it difficult to speak out about their mental health problems? Not sure how to tackle mental health stigma? Our latest magazine might hold the answers.

The new edition of the Time to Change magazine, ‘Speak Out’ takes a look at the stigma young people face as a result of their mental health problems, and showcases ways in which people all around the country are speaking out and raising awareness among young people.
The children and young people’s programme is a three-year pilot delivered in two 18-month periods. The first half, which ran in the West Midlands, has just come to an end. Using the learning and experience gained, the second half is due to be rolled out in the South East, and we will also deliver individual elements of the programme in five further regions.
With the help of a group of young champions, this latest edition looks at how the Children and Young People’s project has inspired them to speak out and get involved with Time to Change.
