At Siemens Rail Automation we aim to ensure our employees can flourish in a healthy working environment. In 2015 we established our Health & Wellbeing programme to address any health risks in the organisation, prevent illness and promote health and recovery. Mental Health is a significant part of our programme and as such we are committed to ensure mental health awareness is raised amongst all employees and that relevant training and materials will be made available to ensure prevention and, were applicable, intervention of ill mental health. Amongst others, our plan to de-stigmatise and promote good mental health includes several trainings, awareness days, educational and promotional materials and a number of new services aim to establish mental health as a part of everyday life.
