Time to Talk Day 2019 is all about bringing together the right ingredients to have a conversation about mental health. Fresh air and exercise can both help those struggling with their mental health. And talking to someone whilst walking can be easier than a face-to-face conversation. Buckinghamshire County Council are leading a walk for anyone who would like to join them along the Waddesdon Greenway, starting from Aylesbury Vale Parkway railway station at 2pm, finishing at Waddesdon Cricket Club for tea and cake.
