We can all do little things to show our support for someone with a mental health problem. That’s the message of our new advertising campaign, which launched on Monday 14 January
It kicked off with our new TV advert, which is showing on Channel 4 and related digital channels for the next few weeks. And we’ve got a radio advert, features in magazines like Marie Claire, Nuts and Now, and loads of PR activity coming up too.
Our friendship isn’t about my condition; it’s about being good friends... Sometimes she makes me a bacon sandwich and we just sit there and have a chat. It’s that simple.
The campaign features inspiring stories from people with mental health problems – and the friends and loved ones who have been there for them when times got tough. We want people to realise that you don’t need to be an expert to be a friend and start a conversation about mental health – the little things can really help.
What can I do?
