Pearson promotes positive mental wellbeing and reduce the stigma of mental illness across Pearson UK Schools.
Within their plans, they have created a clear framework consisting of Advocates, Line Managers, HR and Mental Health First Aiders, improved understanding amongst managers how they can support staff members who may be experiencing mental ill health and raised awareness of the support that staff can access to maintain a positive wellbeing.

Harrow Council made a commitment to sign the Time to Change pledge, to raise awareness of mental health and tackle the stigma and discrimination around mental ill-health, both within the Council workforce and local community. To achieve this, they are not only encouraging positive changes in the way employees think and act about mental health problems, but are also integrating this into the work they carry out in the borough.
- An inclusive workforce that feels valued, respected and reflects our community
- An improved understanding of our communities to ensure services are fair, equitable and accessible to all
- Promote and Celebrate the Diversity of our Borough and Foster Community Cohesion
