As a standard, we will keep personal stories live on our site for five years from the date of publication. However, the author of a personal story can always email us at [email protected] to amend or remove their story before that date.

We will keep a record of your blog submission on our database for the same period, for reporting purposes. We will not contact you unless you have specifically opted in to a separate mailing list.

We do not allow third parties to reproduce personal stories, unless specifically requested by the author or the story. We will also not contact the authors of personal stories to ask for their permission to reproduce the story elsewhere.
