Do you want to play your part by looking out for your friends?

There are loads of small things we can do that make a huge difference to someone who might need it – like:

  • Sending a text to say hello
  • Keeping that person involved in what's going on
  • Meeting up
  • Asking how he or she is doing

Often it's just about keeping on with what you usually do.
