My name is Phil and I've experienced anxiety and depression.
It affected my work and my self-concept.
My greatest source of support was my friends...even the ones who 'didn't believe in depression'.
My hope for the future is increased awareness, reduced stigma, and increased use of primary care mental health services.
I'm taking 5 because we all deserve to be mentally healthy & to be able to talk about our wellbeing.
